Network Support Services (5670)

This is a selective admission program. This program provides advanced network and internetworking skills and training. Skills in customer support and problem solving in a business environment are also emphasized. The coursework emphasizes hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment. The program includes the eight courses in the Cisco Networking Academy.

Application Procedure
Network Support Services is a selective admission program. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. An application for admission to the program must include the following:

1. A high school completion transcript or copy of GED test scores
2. Scores of the required pre-entrance TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education). For TABE information, call 904.633.8388
3. One year of documented full-time experience in computer repair or A+ Certification

Cost
Estimated cost of tuition is $2,000 (for Florida residents, as of 7/05). Contact the program manager for additional costs (lab fees, books, basic certifications).
